What you are buying

CraftyCNC sells license codes that unlock software plugins for UCCNC (currently XBox 360 Controller PRO, ProbeIt for UCCNC, and UCamCopy for UCCNC, individually or as a combo). A license is a digital product: no physical item is shipped.

All sales are final

Because license codes are generated and delivered instantly after payment, all license sales are final and non-refundable. Please download, install and fully test the plugin (free demos are available for ProbeIt and UCamCopy) before purchasing, and confirm that it works with your UCCNC setup.

Your SN_Lic code

Each license code is generated from the SN_Lic ID you enter at checkout, and works only with that ID (your UCCNC controller and registered user name). Please copy the SN_Lic exactly as shown on the plugin’s About/license tab. If an ID is entered incorrectly, the license will not work for your installation.

If something goes wrong

If your code does not work, you did not receive it, or you made a mistake entering your SN_Lic, email me with your order number and I will help sort it out. Where I have made an error (for example, a code generated incorrectly), I will correct it or reissue the license at no charge. A license that was ordered with the wrong SN_Lic may be reissued at my discretion.

License terms

  • A license is tied to one UCCNC controller device. Each controller requires its own license.
  • The license may be used on as many computers and machines as you wish with that controller, for personal and commercial use.
  • Once licensed, the plugin continues to work indefinitely, without an internet connection. Updates within the same product do not change the licensing scheme.
  • Licenses may not be shared, resold, or redistributed, and license codes may not be published.

Software disclaimer

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. CNC machines are dangerous. You are responsible for operating your machine safely and for verifying the results of any software, and you use these plugins at your own risk. CraftyCNC is not liable for any damage to machines, tooling, workpieces or property, or for any lost time or profits, arising from the use of the software.

Payments and privacy

Payments are processed by our payment provider; CraftyCNC does not store your card details. Your name, email and SN_Lic are used only to process your order and to issue and support your license.
